Travel With Me

Step 1

During the first phase of traveling planning, we schedule a complimentary consultation over the phone or communicate via email, and I collect as much information about you and your desired trip as possible.

Step 2

We create a customized proposal for you (including a suggested itinerary and price estimate). You review the proposal, and we refine the itinerary until your trip is exactly as you’d envisioned. If we decide it’s best to work with an on-site tour operator, I provide you with the operator’s suggested itinerary, and we work directly with the operator to make revisions as needed.

Step 3

Once your itinerary is finalized, we confirm your reservations, process deposits and manage payment schedules. Meanwhile, it’s your job to start packing and day-dreaming about your trip!

Step 4

Enjoy your trip and please send us lots of pictures! Naturally, we’ll check in on you as well, and if there are hiccups along the way, we’re a phone call or email away! Upon your return, we’ll look forward to your feedback and input, including where you’d like to go next!
