Fees

Hotel or Cruise Bookings

For straightforward hotel or cruise bookings (requiring no additional travel planning services), there is NO fee.

Airfare Bookings

For domestic airfare bookings, there is a $25/person fee.* For international airfare bookings there is a $50/person fee.*

Please note:

• If changes to airfare bookings are required, NO additional fees will be charged; and

• Fees will be incurred despite cancelled flights.

*This includes bookings made on your behalf with miles and points.

Customized Proposals

For customized vacation proposals - which include a suggested itinerary and price estimate (for up to 5 people, to no more than 3 destinations), a planning fee will be charged.

When on-site tour operators are used, we will request net prices for our clients, which we will mark up between 10%-13% and NO additional fees will be charged.
